All warehouses are available for all customers worldwide now! Due to transportation restrictions, some orders are shipped from the manufacturer's factory in China , taking 7-15 business days for delivery. Thank you for your understanding.
Please make sure your shipping address is 100% correct, particularly the apartment number. If the address was wrong, please contact us to change before order shipping. If you want to change the shipping address after order shipped, please contact local post office when the package arrive at your country.
1. Our Canada warehouse is in operation now. The package will generally be delivered within 5-7 business days, generally by UPS. Orders exceeding US $49 after discount are free of shipping fee.
2. Our Europe warehouse is in operation now. The package will generally be delivered within 3-15 business days, generally by DHL. Orders exceeding US $49 after discount are free of shipping fee.
Canada warehouse is available for all provinces in Canada.
Europe warehouse is available for: Germany, Poland, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.

Kindly Notes :
1. If you ordered many or different type of products, your order may be separated to several parcels with different tracking numbers.
2. If you finally don't received the package due to logistics reasons, we will be responsible for all reasons, and you can get full refund or contact us immediately to ask for re-sending another package or another solutions.
3. Please contact our support team at [email protected] for re-sending another package or refund if your package is not delivered within 25 business days since shipment.

Return Policy :
Returns :
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped.
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 15 days after the receipt of the product.
To start a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Then please contact us at [email protected].
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Lost/Stolen Packages :
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. Damages and issues :
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
